overall a pleasant experience
warm ski store helpful staff faulty ski pass chaotic breakfast
the location was amazing for skiing. i found it directly on the piste. the staff was very helpful and the ski store room stayed warm, so everything dried overnight.
the ski pass i bought at reception did not initially work. it needed correction on the slopes. the breakfast service was chaotic and disorganized.

great access friendly team faulty ski pass senior management
the location provided great access to the slopes, so the price was acceptable. the team working at this hotel was friendly.
the ski pass purchased at the reception didn't work initially. this issue required correction directly on the slopes, a process I found inconvenient. senior management's attention could improve this.

wonderful stay, convenient location
great location convenient access helpful director plentiful breakfast
the location was great for accessing the slopes. ski in, ski out access made everything easy. the hotel director even helped us with transport to the airport transfer spot. the breakfast offered many choices including omelets and eggs prepared to order, a nice touch.
The pool area felt a bit small, especially when many guests wanted to use it. It needed to be more spacious.
